Old Boys’ Dinner 27th October 2007

On Saturday 27th October 2007 over 30 of our members enjoyed the 10th Old Boys Dinner in the traditional setting of the school Dining Hall.
Not only was the anniversary historic but also the content with our guest speaker being none other than recently-retired History teacher David Milne.The school’s own answer to Terry Wogan has, since retiring, lost none of his charm and wit and is still a good raconteur as his meanderings through his many years at STM proved.
Once again those present enjoyed four rounds of our traditional intercourse bingo and, in the course of so doing, also managed to “donate” [lose?- Ed] a few pounds to the Old Boys’ funds. With plenty of food and even more drink the evening flew by.
